Robotics Demo Center Specialist

As a Demo Center Specialist, you will play a key role in overseeing the Locus Customer Experience Center, contributing to the showcasing of our award-winning warehouse robotics solutions. This includes configuring product demonstrations and supporting the operational needs of the experience center for various audiences, including prospective and current customers, partners, investors, and employees.

In this role, you will leverage your understanding of warehousing operations to prepare a demonstration environment that brings our products and services to life. You will have direct touch points across our Sales, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, Product Management, Sales Development, and Executive Leadership teams.    

This onsite role is based out of our corporate headquarters in Wilmington, MA. 

 Responsibilities  

• Customer Experience Center Assist with the coordination and preparation of product and solution demonstrations to help ensure a smooth experience for prospective and existing customers, partners, investors, and employees.
• Demonstration Equipment: Support the setup and upkeep of robotics demonstration equipment, the demo floor, and related materials. Work with internal teams to help ensure equipment is current and functioning properly.
• Demonstration Plan: Assist in creating and setting up demonstration plans that showcase key product features, benefits, and use cases within the warehouse and logistics space.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to understand customer needs and tailor demonstrations accordingly to drive conversions.   
• Product Familiarity: Build a working understanding of the product portfolio to help support a variety of use cases aligned with customer needs and product capabilities.
• Schedule Administration: Manage the demo floor schedule, avoiding conflicts and ensuring sufficient setup time between demonstrations. 
• Reporting and Analysis: Help compile basic reports on demonstration outcomes and customer feedback to support ongoing improvements.
• Feedback Loop: Collect and share feedback from demonstrations to help inform product and marketing teams.
• Training and Support: Assist in familiarizing sales teams and new hires with product features and basic demonstration techniques.  

Qualifications   

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, product marketing, or relevant work experience.  
• 1+ years’ experience in supply chain, warehousing, warehouse management or industrial engineering experience with warehouse robotics automation.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a solid foundation in technical knowledge.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn and explain complex products and technical solutions related to warehouse logistics.  
• Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, or equivalent. 
• Professional and poised, with the ability to effectively engage and communicate with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Authorized to work in US.  This role is not eligible for sponsorship.
