Global Talent Acquisition Corporate Intern

This hybrid role is based out of Locus Robotics' new corporate headquarters in Wilmington, MA.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on global recruiting activities, including posting roles and maintaining the Greenhouse recruiting platform. 
• Assist with scheduling virtual and onsite interviews to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Contribute to the creation and posting of recruitment campaigns across social media and job boards to attract top talent.
• Assist in the development of the Summer 2026 Internship Program.

Qualifications

• Rising Junior or Senior enrolled in a B.S in Human Resources, Communications, or related degree or one-year postgraduate.
• Eager to learn, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
• Strong time management skills required to prioritize multiple projects to complete responsibilities in a timely fashion.
• Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Zoom.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
