As the engine behind our regional marketing execution, the Marketing Operations Coordinator will turn strategy into seamless delivery. From Marketo program builds and audience management to event logistics, vendor coordination, and localization, you’ll keep every campaign running smoothly and on schedule. You’ll partner closely with agencies across France and Spain, field marketers in the UK and DACH, and cross-functional teams to manage assets, calendars, and data accuracy in Marketo and Salesforce. Success means on-time launches, clean data, tight budgets, and streamlined handoffs that keep our marketing machine moving.
This is a hybrid role based out of our Amsterdam headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Marketo lists & programs, coordinate campaign assets, schedule sends, and QA launches across markets.
- Manage POs, invoices, and budget trackers; coordinate event logistics (shipments, registrations, staffing, lead capture).
- Prepare weekly/monthly reporting inputs for Global Marketing Ops; ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across systems.
- Lead onboarding, vendor setup, SOW routing, deliverable/version tracking, and performance cadence for all EMEA agencies.
- Coordinate vendors, track versions, manage QA cycles, and maintain language files to spec.
- Administer day-to-day use of Marketo and related tooling; document SOPs and drive continuous process improvements with Global Marketing Ops.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, project coordination, or similar execution-focused roles (B2B environment preferred).
- Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Marketo and Salesforce, along with strong spreadsheet and basic analytics skills.
- Proven project management abilities, including managing timelines, dependencies, stakeholder communication, and risk identification.
- Experience supporting budget and vendor processes, including purchase orders, invoicing, and statements of work.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively.
- Ability to travel 10% within EMEA for trade shows and events.
- Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
