Position Overview:  The Procurement and Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing Loenbro’s Southwest Wyoming’s procurement activities, inventory management, and warehouse operations. This role ensures that materials, equipment, and supplies are sourced efficiently, cost-effectively, and in alignment with company standards and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement Management

  • Develop and manage the company’s procurement strategy, policies, and procedures.
  • Source, negotiate, and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the best value, quality, and reliability.
  • Oversee purchasing for all materials, equipment, and services related to solar and roofing projects.
  • Manage purchase orders, vendor contracts, and pricing agreements.
  • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, ensuring alignment with company standards and project needs.

Warehouse Operations Oversight

  • Supervise and support all local warehouse managers to ensure efficient, safe, and organized operations.
  • Standardize inventory tracking and storage procedures across all warehouse locations.
  • Ensure materials are received, stored, and distributed accurately and on time.
  • Oversee logistics coordination, including deliveries, transfers, and returns.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company inventory standards.

Safety & Compliance

  • Enforce OSHA safety standards across all warehouse locations.
  • Maintain compliance with all company, state, and federal safety requirements.
  • Ensure all warehouse employees receive appropriate safety and equipment training.

Leadership & Coordination

  • Lead, train, and develop warehouse management staff to achieve company performance and safety goals.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Project Management, and accounting teams to forecast material needs and manage budgets.
  • Continuously identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications

  • Candidate shall have 5 years of experience preferred in procurement and warehouse management, preferably in the Industrial construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, logistics, and supply chain management principles.
  • Excellent negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
  • OSHA and Forklift Certified (required).
  • Proficient in ERP systems, inventory management software, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, operations, or a related field (preferred).
