Essential Job Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary relationship manager for Loenbro’s national and enterprise clients.
- Identify and pursue multi-regional project opportunities across all service lines and market sectors.
- Responsible for developing and implementing win strategies and Go-No-Go process to determine which projects and clients to target.
- Lead the RFP/RFQ process and deliver to the client while meeting company standards and processes.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors and Key Account Managers to align regional execution with national account strategy.
- Work closely with the Executive Director of Sales to establish growth targets, forecasting, and performance metrics for national accounts.
- Partner with the Director of Preconstruction and estimating teams to develop strategic pricing, value engineering options, and project win strategies.
- Coordinate proposal development, client presentations, and RFP/RFQ responses for national pursuits.
- Gain a solid understanding of the services to be sold and represent that well to the client, bringing in subject matter experts when appropriate.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between sales, operations, and marketing to deliver consistent client experiences across all regions.
- Maintain comprehensive account plans, opportunity pipelines, and activity reports within Salesforce CRM.
- Monitor client satisfaction, performance trends, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement.
- Represent Loenbro at key national trade shows, industry associations, and client meetings.
- Uphold Loenbro’s safety culture, integrity, and values in all business activities.
Other duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations.
Minimum Qualifications
Required:
- 8+ years of experience in business development, key account management, or project sales within industrial or construction industries.
- Proven success managing large, complex, multi-location client relationships.
- Strong understanding of the industrial and commercial construction market, including capital projects and maintenance programs.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate efforts across multiple regions and service lines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior-level decision-makers.
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, and project tracking/reporting tools.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience)
