Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Recruiter, who will be a high-impact talent partner responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing top-tier, hard to find talent in highly specialized construction and industrial markets. This role requires an expert-level sourcer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, can pivot priorities quickly and confidently partners with hiring managers and executives to deliver exceptional white glove hiring outcomes.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Own full cycle recruiting for a high-volume requisition load, with a strong emphasis on proactive, passive candidate sourcing.
- Hunt, identify and engage niche talent through advanced sourcing techniques, the use of AI and sourcing strategy.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and stakeholders, providing market insights, talent strategies and hiring recommendations.
- Manage shifting priorities with urgency and precision, re-prioritizing requisitions as business needs evolve.
- Screen and assess candidates for technical ability, cultural alignment, and long-term potential.
- Build and maintain deep pipelines for electrical, mechanical, construction and Industrial roles.
- Deliver a high-touch, professional candidate experience that reflects the company's brand and values.
- Represent the organization externally through networking, industry events, and talent outreach initiatives.
Other duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations.
Minimum Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in full-lifecycle recruitment and sourcing, preferably in the Construction Services or Contracting industry.
- Proven success recruiting and sourcing for high-volume craft and technical talent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Experience successfully delivering results in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent discipline.
- Technical proficiency with Greenhouse ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Work Environment:
- Indoor office setting with controlled temperature.

$95,000 - $125,000 USD
