Job Summary
The Estimator II independently develops complete estimates for routine pursuits and defined scopes on more complex work, with limited guidance on unusual technical or commercial issues. This role plans estimates, validates quantities and pricing, evaluates quotations, resolves routine scope and risk issues, and prepares defensible proposal deliverables. A typical project-value guide is up to approximately $25 million, but complexity, risk, delivery method, scope integration, and required independence govern assignment.

- Resolve routine design discrepancies and risks; elevate material scope, contractual, or execution concerns.
- Perform ratio checks, self-review, benchmarking, and estimate reconciliation before formal review.
- Prepare proposal pricing, assumptions, exclusions, alternates, and required estimate deliverables.
