As a Customer Operations Representative, you’ll be responsible for working with one of our Senior Sales Representatives to support and develop our core accounts. 

This is an onsite role in Skopje, North Macedonia.

What You’ll Do: 

• Manager customer operations for a Senior Sales Representative; tracking, paperwork collection, and appointment scheduling. 

• Learn best practices for Customer Operations, including prompt communication, issues resolution, and relationship management. 

• Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, sales, and carriers sales to ensure a cohesive and effective customer operations and growth strategy.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a logistics role. Customer facing is a plus.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.

• Experience in McLeod is a huge plus. 

• The ability to multi-task to ensure multiple customers are being serviced daily.

• Highly proficient in English, both verbal and written.
  
  

This role is fully onsite in our Skopje office Monday through Friday, between 14:00 and 23:00 MK time.
