Vice President, GTM Operations

About the Role

(Based in Chicago, IL)

LogicGate is looking for a strategic, analytical, and AI-forward Vice President of GTM Operations to assess, build, and lead our next phase of growth across our go-to-market (GTM) operations. You will lead our RevOps team and oversee the technology, processes, and data that power our GTM motion. By owning our revenue systems and data infrastructure, forecasting and pipeline management, territory design, and compensation planning, you will build the next phase of the operational foundation required to support LogicGate's aggressive growth trajectory. You will design scalable systems that prevent friction as we grow, and you will pioneer a comprehensive AI program to supercharge our revenue teams.

This role reports into the Chief Revenue Officer, but requires strong relationship-building and influence skills — you will partner closely with teams at all levels across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance leadership to drive alignment and adoption across the organization. If you are passionate about eliminating silos, leveraging artificial intelligence to drive sales efficiency, and building infrastructure that can scale 10x, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

  • Lead the RevOps Team: Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing revenue operations team spanning GTM operations.
  • Architect for Scale: Audit our current GTM processes and, where needed, rebuild them for scale. Design workflows, rules of engagement, and data structures that will hold up as our revenue and headcount multiply.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the strategic connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, ensuring all teams are aligned on goals, metrics, and processes.

AI & Technology Innovation

  • Pioneer the AI Program: Champion and lead the integration of AI tools across our revenue organization. You will be responsible for evaluating, implementing, and scaling AI solutions to drastically reduce administrative burdens and increase win rates.
  • Tech Stack Ownership: Own the evaluation, administration, and ROI of our entire GTM tech stack, with Salesforce as the central hub. Ensure seamless data flow between platforms.

Data, Analytics & Forecasting

  • Predictive Revenue Modeling: Partner with GTM leadership to build robust, predictable forecasting models and pipeline analytics.
  • Actionable Insights: Evolve our reporting from basic dashboards to actionable, prescriptive insights. Define and track the KPIs that actually move the needle for the business.
  • Data Integrity: Establish strict governance to ensure the accuracy and hygiene of our CRM and operational data.
  • Executive reporting: Own the design and optimization of executive data dashboards and predictive analytics to deliver real-time, actionable insights for current and future business decisions.

Revenue Lifecycle & GTM Execution

  • Territory Planning & Compensation: Spearhead annual territory design, headcount capacity planning, quota modeling, and comprehensive commission plan administration to optimize market coverage and incentivize performance.
  • Pipeline & Forecast Management: Own the forecasting methodology and cadence, establishing clear pipeline coverage models, stage-gate definitions, and rigorous deal inspection processes.
  • Cross-Functional Workflow Design: Architect seamless processes across the customer journey, from Marketing-to-Sales lead routing to Sales-to-Customer Success handoffs for critical renewals and expansion.
  • Deal Desk & Quote-to-Cash: Accelerate deal velocity by managing the Deal Desk, establishing discounting guardrails, and optimizing approval workflows to systematically remove friction from the sales cycle. Lead the evaluation and implementation of a CPQ solution to support evolving pricing models, including SKU expansion and consumption-based billing.

What You Bring

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive operations experience in Revenue Operations within high-growth B2B SaaS environments, with a track record of leading scaling teams.
  • Proven track record of taking a company through a significant growth phase.
  • Strategic partnership with the executive team and exceptional ability to translate complex data and technical concepts into clear strategies for executive leadership.
  • Deep technical mastery over territory modeling, commission plan design, and complex data architecture across CRM and BI platforms.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and practical experience with modern AI tools in a sales/GTM environment.
  • Skilled at relationship building and influencing across departments and audiences
  • Project management skills and ability to navigate multiple priorities and complex projects
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to present complex data narratives clearly to C-suite executives and Board members.
  • A natural collaborator who excels at navigating multi-stakeholder environments and aligning varying departmental priorities around core business values.
  • Ideal candidate is based in Chicago with a hybrid role. Remote candidates will be considered.

Compensation includes Annual salary + Variable Bonus + equity + benefits. Actual salaries may vary and will be based on factors, such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
