Positions Summary:
The Senior Manager, Client Operations drives operational improvement initiatives across the vertical. This role identifies opportunities to improve procurement operations, designs scalable solutions, and leads implementation across accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Transformation Strategy and Initiative Leadership
- Identify operational improvement opportunities across accounts and the vertical to drive operation efficiency.
- Lead transformation initiatives including payment terms optimization, procurement process redesign, and operating model improvements.
- Develop implementation roadmaps and ensure initiatives deliver measurable impact.
- Develop business cases with clear baseline and expected impact.
- Ensure initiatives are implemented and value captured through sustained adoption.
- Operational Standardization
- Develop standardized playbooks for governance, category management operations, and sourcing workflows.
- Establish common operating practices across accounts to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Drive adoption of standardized operating procedures across the vertical.
- Capability Development
- Identify capability gaps in delivery operations and develop solutions to address them.
- Partner with Account Operations and Category teams to implement improvements.
- Lead change management efforts associated with new processes or operating models.
- Client-Facing Transformation
- Engage with client stakeholders to lead operational redesign initiatives (e. payment terms optimization).
- Lead special projects that improve procurement performance or operational effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience required.
- 8-10 years of experience in strategic sourcing & procurement of goods and services or related experience.
- Ability to operate independently as well as interact with vendors, and internal or client stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Keen ability to deliver on client expectations, influencing others or escalating as needed to do so.
- Ability to understand and manage complicated operational details and communicate this clearly based on audience (client and/or internal partners).
- Analytically adept with the ability to interpret complex data for informed decision-making and to assess results.
- Proficient in MS Office applications including PowerPoint and Excel/financial analysis and planning.
- Exposure to demand planning / forecasting.
- Proven ability to build relationships, work well with people in a constantly changing environment, and gain credibility in areas beyond defined scope of work.
- Customer-focused attitude with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels; Excellent client interfacing skills.

Travel: This position will require some travel.

NOTE: The listed compensation range reflects the anticipated base pay for this role. Final compensation will be determined based on location, experience, and job-related factors, and may include additional benefits consistent with applicable pay transparency laws.
Pay Range
$97,500 - $190,000 USD
