The Job Details
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Product Manager (Industry Lead) who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver Logiwa's vision and strategy.
This is a unique role within the Logiwa Product Management organization that sits at the intersection of developing innovative Products and aligning to Customer operations and Market needs. This role will need to bring real world warehouse management/operations experience coupled with a knowhow of how to build world class products and help drive the Logiwa vision forward.
What You'll Do
- Work with Customer facing teams to understand the Customer and Market needs and help translate into Product plans and requirements
- Constantly track and evaluate the ever evolving competitive landscape and help highlight the key competitive strengths and areas for improvement
- Work with the Product leadership team to align Product roadmap and plans w/ the Company strategy for maximum impact
- Collaborate with the rest of the Product team to bridge the gap between Product and on-floor Operational needs
- Understand and evaluate the technological advances in the Warehouse Management space and in the broader Supply Chain space, especially as it relates to Automation and AI and help drive the Logiwa Product direction and vision in these areas
- Work in partnership with the tech and operation teams to deliver customer outcomes
- Collaborate with your Product Design, Engineering and Product Marketing partners, leading an agile engineering team, to launch and iterate best-in-class accounts products that power Logiwa customers workflows
- Identify market opportunities and new feature development, and measure important metrics, feeding findings back into the product development process
- Define and monitor success metrics and KPIs to evaluate product performance and align with business goals
- Frequent travel (25-30%) to customer sites for ideation, design sessions as well as to support operational Go-Lives
Key Attributes to be successful in this role:
- Self Starter who does not need to be given an instruction to own and analyze a problem
- Deep curiosity about all things, especially related to our business and market
- Ability to manage customer and customer discussions, ideation sessions and other customer facing activities
- Collaborative mindset to work within and outside the team, customers, and partners
- Data and analysis driven - someone who can leverage ambiguous signals and help translate into meaningful options-impact relationship
- Willing to roll up your sleeves and dive deep and manage issues when the situation demands
Must Haves:
- BS or MS degree from Industrial Engineering or other related branches
- Deep experience (5+ years) in Warehouse Management operations
- Experience w/ Warehouse Management Software (Logiwa or otherwise) (2+ years)
- Exposure to software development and building SaaS software products
- Experience developing product specs, writing user stories, and identifying and prioritizing competing products to deliver results while making sense of ambiguity
Nice to Haves:
- Experience in a Product Management role with WMS software
- Experience in managing SAAS products
- Experience launching end-to-end products with internal teams that drive business impact
- User-focused, a specialist at making cases with data and user research, with boundless curiosity about our users and what can make them successful
- Experience w/ Warehouse Automation and AI tools
The salary range for this role is $140k to $165k per year, depending on years of experience. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus range of $15k-$25k, dependent on attainment of individual goals and metrics and company revenue performance.
