The Role:
As Logiwa’s Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for leading the company's marketing roadmap and execution to drive customer acquisition, retention, and growth. You will lead the marketing team and be responsible for bringing innovation and creative strategy to the forefront of every day.
This role will report to the CEO based in Chicago, IL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy: Translate company strategy and business objectives into strategic and tactical marketing direction
- Demand Gen: Own and improve Logiwa’s demand generation engine, including marketing automation, SEO, content marketing, website, lead scoring, segmenting and nurturing to support a fast growing sales team
- Market Insight: Perform product marketing research to Consistently stay informed and share industry trends and competitive landscapes to strategically position Logiwa’s solutions.
Innovation: Expertise in digital marketing, SEO, and content marketing, with a track record of implementing innovative strategies using AI to develop insights, data analytics, and optimization
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with Sales, Customer Success, Product to coordinate valuable, personalized experiences to drive engagement and conversion at a targeted set of accounts
- Budget Accuracy: Manage a marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve maximum return on investment.
- Supply Chain, WMS, OMS, SAAS Software, highly preferred
What You Will Bring:
- Characteristics: An infectious attitude and competitive drive to help our customer and team win.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent
- Experience: 7-10+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment
- Subject Matter Expertise: Deep domain expertise (required): Proven experience in SAAS, WMS, or comparable supply chain execution software (e.g., TMS, OMS, ERP/SCM modules).
- Approach: Consultative approach, with the commercial acumen to align technical capabilities (like AI and integration) to business value and ROI.
- Skills: Understanding of key marketing metrics and able to make data-driven decisions, Experience with Hubspot marketing automation, Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.

The salary range for this role is as follows, depending on years of experience.
Base Salary Range
$140,000 - $160,000 USD
