As Loka’s Senior DevOps Engineer, you'll be the go-to specialist for crafting and deploying infrastructure across a variety of projects. Your skills in AWS, TypeScript and Python will allow us to build solid, scalable systems and improve them over time. The Role Develop technical design specifications based on functional requirements and develop and maintain AWS Cloud applications. Orchestrate containers with Kubernetes. Automate operations, implement CI/CD pipelines. Ensure security and compliance. In this position you will be Loka’s first Global Talent Development Specialist, and you will shape this high-visibility role with your vision and experience. Key Responsibilities  Design and deliver workshops, online courses and learning materials to help employees build skills, especially management skills and technical abilities.  Improve training programs by establishing metrics to measure effectiveness and then implement appropriate changes. Build an ongoing training library so employees can continue developing their skills and grow into new roles whether technical or leadership roles. Manage HR processes such as annual performance reviews and goal-setting for managers and employees and report on their effectiveness. Be the face of talent development at Loka.  Qualifications Five years experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development or similar HX roles balanced between learning and development, within a tech and remote-first company Expertise in instructional design, e-learning and adult learning principles; experience with LMS platforms and digital training tools are a plus Strong focus on data and metrics, with the ability to design and track measurable learning outcomes and communicate the impact to stakeholders Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to collaborate across teams, support managers in development planning, and engage employees at all levels Ability to adjust learning strategies to accommodate diverse remote teams across different regions and cultures Additional Requirements Excellent English: As a global team, we work entirely in English for meetings, customer calls and business communications. We’re seeking a Senior QA Specialist (IC4) to lead quality assurance efforts across complex projects, ensuring both front-end and back-end systems meet the highest standards. The Role Analyze complex requirements and design comprehensive test plans, applying advanced test design techniques and modifying plans based on reviews. Guide and mentor QA team in selecting appropriate testing methodologies, including Smoke, Regression, User Acceptance, E2E and Load/Performance testing. Independently execute high-quality testing across web, mobile and backend systems, identifying edge cases, exposing system flaws and ensuring scalability under load. Lead test automation efforts, maintaining and optimising scripts, providing PR review feedback and supporting team members in framework setup and problem resolution. Collaborate with project managers, developers and stakeholders to anticipate issues, address gaps early and integrate QA strategy into the development lifecycle. Leverage customer feedback and industry best practices to improve products, tools and services, sharing insights across the company. Take ownership of project outcomes, proactively reporting risks, resolving challenges and ensuring clarity in expectations with team members and external stakeholders. Mentor and support junior/mid-level QA engineers, fostering collaboration, constructive feedback and an inclusive, respectful team culture. Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences, presenting confidently in global meetings and ensuring transparency across teams. Requirements 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, including 3+ years in test automation for web and/or mobile applications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field Expertise in designing and executing complex test plans, test cases and automated scripts Strong proficiency in test automation frameworks (non-web driver approaches preferred), CI/CD pipelines and API/Backend testing Solid knowledge of JavaScript or other programming languages; experience with UI, integration and functional testing Familiarity with debugging tools, version control systems (GIT), IDEs (IntelliJ, VS Code) and DevOps pipelines (Azure, Jenkins, Bitbucket. Github actions) Proven ability to independently deliver high quality results and guide QA team members Excellent English communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for technical and non technical audiences.
