About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Talent Associate to support our hiring efforts during a period of growth. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, this role will own the operational execution of recruiting — ensuring hiring processes run smoothly, efficiently, and consistently across the organization.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building structure and clarity, and takes pride in creating a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring teams. You will partner closely with functional leaders to help orchestrate hiring from role creation through offer stage while maintaining strong operational rigor behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

Talent Operations & Recruiting Systems

  • Manage and maintain job descriptions in partnership with hiring managers and the Head of People & Culture
  • Create and post open roles across LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms
  • Own day-to-day administration of Greenhouse (ATS), including:
    • Creating and managing job requisitions
    • Maintaining accurate candidate pipelines and stages
    • Ensuring data accuracy and system organization
  • Maintain recruiting documentation, templates, and workflows

Hiring Process Management

  • Partner with Heads of Departments to support and orchestrate hiring processes across teams
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics as needed
  • Track candidate progress and ensure timely feedback collection
  • Help keep hiring timelines on track and stakeholders aligned on next steps

Candidate Experience

  • Serve as an operational partner to hiring managers throughout the hiring lifecycle
  • Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience
  • Communicate clearly with candidates regarding scheduling and process updates
  • Help reinforce consistent hiring practices across teams

Process Improvement

  • Support implementation of scalable hiring processes as the company grows
  • Help maintain reporting and hiring status updates for leadership

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, or HR operations
  • Hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse strongly preferred)
  • Experience posting and managing roles on LinkedIn or similar platforms
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-through
  • Comfortable managing multiple open roles and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment preferred
  • Experience supporting cross-functional hiring (marketing, design, product, operations, etc.)
  • Interest in growing within People & Culture or Talent Operations
  • Process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
