Responsibilities

  • Design AI native agent platforms that meet high performance, scalability and user experience expectations
  • Establish safety protocols and governance frameworks for AI agent operations
  • Create user interfaces that make complex AI behaviors transparent and configurable for non-technical users
  • Lead reporting and experimentation for continuous improvement of model parameters, agent prompting, RAG frameworks and AI workflows 
  • Evaluate and make recommendations on strategic build vs. buy decisions for AI capabilities
  • Communicate and support training/adoption of product updates, features, and benefits to stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical field
  • 2 - 4 years of professional work experience successfully delivering AI products 
  • Bias towards action with the ability to prioritize and be effective in highly ambiguous environments
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills with experience working with Tableau, Heap, SQL etc. 
  • Comfortable creating low fidelity prototypes to validate concepts and inspire stakeholders
