We are seeking a highly motivated Treasury Associate to join our Finance team. This role will support Longmark Group’s capital markets activities across both debt and equity, with a focus on credit facility management, loan compliance, and cash flow optimization. The Treasury Associate will play a critical role in coordinating borrowing requests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial data, and partnering with internal teams to streamline processes. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Credit Facility & Loan Management
- Support day-to-day management of the Company’s credit facilities and lending relationships.
- Direct the loan submission process, including due diligence coordination, documentation, and issue resolution.
- Prepare, coordinate, and execute borrowing requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with facility terms.
- Monitor covenant compliance and proactively flag potential risks or discrepancies.
- Maintain strong relationships with banking partners, lenders, and external stakeholders.
Equity & Debt Support
- Assist in tracking capital raises and equity funding activity.
- Support Finance leadership in monitoring and reporting on equity and debt positions.
- Partner with Capital Markets and Finance teams to prepare materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Data Management & Process Optimization
- Partner with Real Estate Operations to ensure data integrity, completeness, and timely submission of required information.
- Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Technology teams to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and improved reporting.
- Support development and maintenance of treasury-related dashboards, models, and reporting tools.
Cash & Liquidity Management
- Assist in cash forecasting and liquidity planning.
- Reconcile actual borrowing and repayment activity against forecasts.
- Monitor and report on daily cash positions, ensuring adequate liquidity for operational needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, Banking, or Real Estate Finance preferred.
- Strong understanding of credit facilities, loan documentation, and capital markets.
- High attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships across teams.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
