Customer Support Representative I
We’re searching for a Customer Support Representative to add to our incredible team here at Loopy. We're looking for someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience, and has a positive attitude. If you feel this describes you, we’d love to hear from you! We're located in Griffith, Indiana just 7 minutes from 80/94 and 15 minutes from the Illinois border. This position is office-based but remote work eligibility is based on successfully completing your probationary period in the position, which then 30% of your hours during the week can be worked remotely. Starting Pay: $16 per hour
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Superb written communication and grammar skills
- Proficient computer typing skills and familiar with basic programs such as Gmail, Excel, Word, PDFs, and Windows/Mac interfaces
- 1 year of Customer Support, or related experience (preferred)
- Self-motivated and able to problem-solve
- Must be available to work 32-40 hours per week
- Must be available to work most weekends
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Handle email-based customer support tickets, as well as returns and exchanges
- Maintain department minimum pace requirements
- Maintain and up to date knowledge of our products and policies
- Clock in and out of your shift on time, both when working remotely or on-site
- Be available and easy to contact while working remote shifts
- Make upper management aware of repeated or potential issues
