Job Summary

Lotlinx is seeking a driven, coachable, and results-oriented SMB Account Executive to join our growing sales team at our Chandler office, conveniently situated in the vibrant downtown area. This is a non-remote, in-office position. 

This role bridges the gap between Sales Development and Mid-Market Account Executive positions, ideal for someone with early sales experience who is ready to take ownership of the full sales cycle. As an SMB AE, you will prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities while occasionally nurturing accounts into paying customers. You’ll also have the chance to earn additional income by generating opportunities for Lotlinx Premium.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, develop, and close new business opportunities while managing parts of your own pipeline.
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand each prospect’s business challenges and objectives.
  • Clearly articulate the Lotlinx value proposition and demonstrate how our software helps dealerships control risk, optimize inventory, increase profitability, and improve vehicle turnover.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective and current customers through proactive outreach and consistent follow-up.
  • Generate new opportunities through outbound prospecting (phone, email, and other channels), as well as handle select inbound leads from our free offering.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop territory strategies and prioritize accounts.Maintain accurate and detailed records in our CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and Lotlinx product updates.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of B2B SaaS sales (automotive industry experience is a plus but not required).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to quickly understand and explain complex software solutions.
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting, pipeline management, and closing deals.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Outreach (preferred).

Pay: $70,000 base salary + uncapped commissions.
