Position Overview:
Lotlinx is seeking an energetic and motivated Business Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team in Chandler, Arizona. This position offers an opportunity to embark on a rewarding sales career, to learn the ropes of the industry, and to be part of a company that values innovation and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales leads from various sources, including marketing campaigns, web inquiries, and other lead generation tools.
- Engage and Educate: Initiate the first step in the sales process by reaching out to prospects through cold calls, emails, and social outreach, ensuring they understand the value Lotlinx brings.
- Generating qualified opportunities for the sales team by nurturing prospects to complete the account creation process for our complimentary LotGPT tool.
- Aggregate client information to ensure accounts are correctly aligned in SFDC and reflect the applicable ownership.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical and operational support for customers utilizing our platforms.
- Collaborate with leadership to confirm Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), updating official department documentation, and streamlining the organizational structure of the ticketing system.
- Maintain CRM: Consistently log and maintain all interactions and leads in our CRM software.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up to date on Lotlinx’s product offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Manage the client ticketing system to provide client service and aid when needed.
- Weekly cold calls targets.
- Perform demonstrations that translate complex data sets into actionable business strategies, showing prospective clients how to optimize their daily operations leveraging AI.
- Hit monthly goals / key performance indicators
- Provide support to the sales team by managing customer requests via phone and or the internal ticketing system.
Qualifications:
- Automotive sales experience (preferred but not required)
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred but not required)
- 1-2 years of experience cold calling a plus, and prefer SDR
- CRM experience
- Following are a plus: Salesforce, Zoom, Google Apps, Gong, Outreach, Salesloft, Slack

$65,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions.
