Position Summary
The Procurement Analyst will be responsible for supporting procurement activities and supplier performance that supports operational efficiency. In this role, you will analyze data for the entire procurement organization and monitor supplier performance while creating and maintaining scorecards.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support vendor management services including contract management, vendor conflicts, strategic sourcing, support the creation and deployment of business reviews and score cards, track KPI’s and relationship management.
- Support the procurement team with spend analytics and identification of cost savings and process improvement opportunities.
- Develop, track, and report procurement KPIs to measure the performance of the procurement organization and vendors.
- Prepare and maintain vendor scorecards to ensure supplier performance meets organizational expectations and contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with procurement team members and internal stakeholders to support the RFx process, vendor selection, NDA’s and contract negotiations.
- Support procurement team members in managing vendor relationships to ensure value delivery.
- Manage small and medium-sized projects, as assigned, driving process improvements and efficiencies.
- Analyze and optimize the procurement process to drive cost savings and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Collect and analyze data from various sources related to procurement and supplier performance.
- Utilize tools such as SAP and Ariba for data assessment, manipulation and visualization.
- Schedule and manage supplier business reviews, lunch and learns, etc.
- Prepare category wide supplier spend analysis, monitoring and reporting contract activity, and tracking savings plans against goals.
- Support the procurement team in decision-making by providing insights into supplier options across different categories.
- Manage other activities to support site goals in procurement or supply chain as assigned.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field, or Associates Degree and 2+ years of procurement or related experience. Any combination of experience, training and education will be considered.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, negotiation skills and tactical support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly data manipulation in Excel and presentation build in Power Point.
- SAP/Ariba experience a plus.
- Foundational understanding of basic supply chain KPIs

- Must be able to adapt to a changing environment.
Physical Demands
- Prolonged Computer Use - Sitting for extended periods, typing and using a mouse for data entry and analysis, and focusing on a computer screen for long periods
- Repetitive Movements such as frequent use of hands and fingers (keyboard, mouse, calculator)
- Visual Acuity with the ability to read detailed reports, spreadsheets, and contracts on-screen or in print.
- Hearing and Speaking with Regular verbal communication (phone calls, virtual meetings, in-person discussions) and active listening for meetings with vendors or internal teams.
- Mobility with occasional movement within the office to attend meetings or retrieve physical files.
- Infrequent lifting (e.g., lifting boxes of paper or binders weighing up to 10–20 lbs).
Work Environment
This position is primarily located in an office-based setting.
Travel
This position may require up to 5% travel.
Target Bonus

New York Pay Range
$60,000 - $88,000 USD
