Senior Sales Executive

Who you are
The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for growing the business through customer acquisition by uncovering and closing new business opportunities. In this role, the Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for focusing on single and bundled product opportunities with large health systems by utilizing deep consultative sales efforts. A successful Senior Sales Executive will become a key advisor in solution selling and close deals in the $150k - $1M ARR range while meeting assigned quotas. Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Senior Sales Executive must demonstrate skills in strategic thinking, persistence, creativity, and exceptional consultative skills. The Sales Executive will be extremely driven, self-motivated and passionate about winning and having a direct impact on growing Loyal.
We are preferably looking for candidates located in Atlanta, GA or Eastern time zones.
You will:
- Close new business deals with an average ARR of $350k-$1M to attain quarterly and annual quotas
- Foster new relationships for Loyal with outbound efforts and establish lasting relationships with senior executives and decision makers
- Become a trusted advisor to prospects on the ever-evolving trends in the healthcare industry
- Own the full sales life cycle from demo to close
- Create and execute customized demos and presentations
- Create sales materials including proposals, custom business cases, financial models, memos, and implementation plans
- Manage contract negotiations and legal review with the support of the Sales leadership team
- Manage individual pipeline and keep all opportunities up to date while accurately forecasting pipeline for leadership
- Maintain accurate and detailed accounts, contacts, opportunities, and sales activities in our CRM and sales engagement platform
- Serves as a mentor to other members of the Sales Team
- Attends conferences and prospective customer meetings (virtual & in-person)
You have:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience selling enterprise software with proven track record of quota attainment
- Experience selling in the digital health space
- Experience working within a software as a service (SaaS) company
- Experience with navigating complex sales cycles and consistent track record of quota achievement
- Experience managing a pipeline and closing large contracts
- Experience presenting to senior managers and the C-suite
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM and sales engagement technologies
- Experience working within a start-up and/or ambiguous environment, with proven experience to be adaptable

- Customer driven sales mentality driven by a consultative sales approach. Preferred sales trainings and methodologies: The Challenger Sale, Sandler Sales Training and/or MEDDIC.
- Systematic: You prioritize. You put first things first and are methodical in executing an ever-changing to-do list. Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously at various stages of the buying process.
Pay Transparency
Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of on target earnings (OTE) inclusive of base salary and on target earned commissions is $150,000-$500,000. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
