Summary 

The Demand Generation Manager is an essential driver of Loyal's growth strategy, responsible for generating high-quality leads and significantly boosting brand awareness. This role requires close collaboration with sales, marketing, and product, to develop, implement, and report on innovative demand-generation strategies. In this position, reporting directly to the Senior Director of Marketing, the Demand Generation Manager must bring a wealth of expertise in several key areas, including lead and demand generation tool management, digital marketing techniques, effective campaign management, and a history of implementing successful lead generation strategies. Additionally, the role entails rigorous performance reporting to track progress and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights. A successful Demand Generation Manager will be skilled at optimizing lead management processes and ensuring a smooth transition between marketing and sales using CRM and automation tools. They will develop and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies, closely monitor campaign performance, and provide data-driven insights to refine tactics, ultimately maximizing lead quality and conversion rates.

This position follows a hybrid work model requiring 2-3 days in our Atlanta office weekly. Only candidates who are Atlanta-based or willing to relocate will be considered.

You Will

  • Own the lead generation process, including identifying and qualifying leads, managing data in Salesforce, and ensuring seamless lead handoff to the sales team for follow-up and conversion.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align lead generation efforts with sales goals and ensure a smooth lead handoff process.
  • Develop and implement lead and demand generation strategies across multiple channels (email, content marketing, paid media, webinars, events, etc.)
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, leveraging data and insights to refine strategies and tactics.
  • Oversee the management and optimization of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforces, Clay).
  • ​​Develop compelling content and campaigns targeting key decision-makers in healthcare organizations, including health system executives and other stakeholders.
  • Report on pipeline-building metrics and forecast.
  • Identify process automation and optimization opportunities, focusing on scalability and driving significant growth.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure proper lead management processes, metrics, and policies.
  • Maintain data integrity in Salesforce.com and other systems.
  • Develop best practices that align sales data quality with company initiatives.

You have:

  • Five years of demand/lead generation experience.
  • Two years of experience using Salesforce
  • Experience working within a software-as-a-service (SaaS) company is preferred.
  • Experience with the healthcare industry is preferred. 
  • Experience working within a high growth and/or ambiguous environment, with proven experience in a dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Pay Transparency

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $95,000. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.  In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role.
