About the role
We’re seeking an experienced Sr. Product Manager to take ownership of our eCommerce platform and digital products, playing a critical role in supporting the launch of our first drug, LOY-002, and enabling the future growth of our company. This role involves leading product strategy, roadmap development, and driving the Go-to-Market (GTM) execution for LOY-002 while managing the evolution of digital products that support ongoing research and discovery efforts. You will be responsible for deeply understanding the needs of our target users – veterinarians and dog owners – ensuring the product is tailored to their unique requirements and enhancing their overall experience. It’s a fast-paced environment with the unique challenge of balancing compliance, business growth, and user experience.
Your work will lead the successful launch of the LOY-002 eCommerce platform, ensuring compliance and a seamless user experience. Own the product vision for digital tools supporting both commercial and research teams, driving collaboration across marketing, research, technical, and compliance functions. Develop the necessary product growth strategy for scaling digital products and optimizing performance to match company growth.
This role is for someone who has at least 7 years of product management experience, preferably with eCommerce platforms and analytic products. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of launching and scaling digital products in fast-paced, highly regulated environments.
You will be reporting to our CTO, Elaine Zhou.
Your daily work will include:
- Own the full product lifecycle for our eCommerce platform and digital products, from initial concept and strategy through launch, scaling, and post-launch optimization.
- Shape and drive product vision, strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals while working cross-functionally with teams such as R&D, engineering, marketing, and compliance to bring innovative products to market.
- Lead the successful launch and scaling of the LOY-002 eCommerce platform, ensuring it evolves to support rapid growth, increased demand, and future expansion opportunities.
- Oversee seamless feature integration and upgrades, ensuring all enhancements maintain compliance with stringent biotech and pharma regulations without compromising user experience.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to optimize digital product integrations, ensuring smooth and efficient platform performance.
- Design and implement innovative solutions that cater specifically to the needs of scientists and researchers, enhancing their drug discovery and development processes through advanced eCommerce functionalities.
About you:
- 7+ years of product management experience, preferably with eCommerce platforms and analytics products.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling digital products in fast-paced, highly regulated environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage product development and collaborate effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience with B2C or B2B eCommerce platforms, particularly in early-stage growth (zero-to-one or one-to-ten phase).
- Experience working in regulated industries such as biotech, pharma, or healthcare.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to product management.
- Experience with product growth techniques.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; master’s degree a plus but not required.

Salary Range: $148,750 - $201,250
