Chief Growth Officer
Levenfeld Pearlstein is redefining what growth looks like at a law firm. We are seeking a dynamic leader who builds trust quickly across practice groups and knows how to read a room, a client, and a partner. Building on a strong marketing foundation, this role brings business development, client experience, and marketing together under one strategy. The Chief Growth Officer possesses a sophisticated understanding of the legal industry, emerging market forces, operational drivers of profitability, and the dynamics of high-impact client development.
The ideal candidate will see patterns others miss, where one practice's client relationships open doors for another, where cross-selling opportunities live beneath the surface, and where a coordinated growth strategy beats a patchwork of individual efforts. You'll develop strong working relationships with firm management, practice group leaders, and rainmakers, grounded in a genuine understanding of the firm’s culture, what each practice does, who its clients are, and where its niches sit. You're a strategic partner first, someone who builds the plan with our attorneys and then supports execution.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Growth Officer will bring deep industry experience, innovative thinking, and strong relationship management skills to align growth strategies with firmwide goals. If you thrive at the intersection of vision and execution, and you are energized by building something from the ground up, we want to talk with you.
Experience that makes you a fit:
