Lincoln Property Company Co is seeking a sharp and motivated Accounts Receivable Associate to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities:

  • Retrieve deposit, wire, and ACH information from multiple bank accounts.
  • Process check deposits via remote deposit.
  • Accurately enter cash receipts into Microsoft Access.
  • Upload cash receipts using Excel templates into JD Edwards.
  • Correspond with accountants regarding outstanding management fees.
  • Collaborate closely with the corporate accounting team on recording and researching payments.
  • Maintain spreadsheets to effectively track fees.
  • Compile accounting data to prepare schedules, maintain accounting records, and generate reports and summaries for reviewers.
  • Provide entry-level accounting support to reviewers.

Desired Competency, Experience and Skills:

  • 1+ years of accounts receivable experience required.
  • Associate's degree in Accounting preferred (Bachelor's a plus).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively under deadlines.
  • Professional demeanor and a service-focused attitude.
  • Experience with MRI, Yardi, or JD Edwards is desired.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
