The Financial Analyst will support the acquisition and development teams of Lincoln’s Pacific Northwest and Mountain West offices, including Seattle, Portland, Salt Lake City, and Boise. The role is full time physical presence in Lincoln’s Seattle office.
Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in Argus
- Underwrite new acquisition and development opportunities across all product types (Office, Multifamily, Industrial, and Retail) using ARGUS and Excel.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and market research as needed to support acquisition and development pursuits, particularly during the LP capital recruitment process.
- Prepare initial drafts of investment committee memos and assist the deal team with investment committee presentations.
- Participate in the coordination and preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for the executive team.
- Assist with transaction due diligence responsibilities.
- Compile information for third-party brokerage firms in support of acquisition and disposition processes.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS with a strong academic record, preferably in real estate, finance, or STEM-related field
- 1-3 years of commercial real estate experience (preferably real estate equity or debt investing, investment banking, or institutional capital markets brokerage)
- Must be comfortable working with Excel models and calculating industry standard financial metrics (i.e., IRR’s, equity multiples, etc.).
- Experience with joint venture models and distribution waterfalls is preferred.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple priorities while working both independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work onsite at the Seattle office five days a week.
- Willingness to travel as needed
Pay Range
$85,000 - $85,000 USD
