Responsibilities:

Compile and track market intel including lease comps, acquisitions/dispositions, contacts, and offering memorandums.
Build and maintain database of assets, owners, investors, asset managers, tenants, and brokers.
Synthesize quarterly and ad hoc market analysis and research as needed to support pursuits and business development for acquisitions, developments, and third-party services.
Segment reports and collaborate with the team to target campaigns and client outreach.
Provide data analysis for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for clients and the executive team.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

BA/BS with a strong academic record, preferably in real estate, finance, or STEM-related field.
0-2 years of commercial real estate experience (internships included).
Desire to work within a highly dynamic, collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Must be comfortable working with data entry, export, and aggregation.
Ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple priorities while working both independently and collaboratively.
Working knowledge of CRM tools, CoStar, leasing metrics, and offering memorandums.
Excellent data hygiene and communication skills.
Ability to work onsite at the office five days a week.
