Analyst, Acquisitions and Development

Responsibilities:
- Compile and track market intel including lease comps, acquisitions/dispositions, contacts, and offering memorandums.
- Build and maintain database of assets, owners, investors, asset managers, tenants, and brokers.
- Synthesize quarterly and ad hoc market analysis and research as needed to support pursuits and business development for acquisitions, developments, and third-party services.
- Segment reports and collaborate with the team to target campaigns and client outreach.
- Provide data analysis for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for clients and the executive team.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS with a strong academic record, preferably in real estate, finance, or STEM-related field.
- 0-2 years of commercial real estate experience (internships included).
- Desire to work within a highly dynamic, collaborative, cross-functional environment.
- Must be comfortable working with data entry, export, and aggregation.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple priorities while working both independently and collaboratively.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools, CoStar, leasing metrics, and offering memorandums.
- Excellent data hygiene and communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite at the office five days a week.
