Research Manager

Atlanta, GA

The Research Manager supports the local brokerage, development and acquisition platform by delivering timely, accurate, and actionable market intelligence. This role is responsible for analyzing commercial real estate data, maintaining proprietary databases, and producing high-quality research deliverables that drive client strategy and business development efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, validate, and maintain market data across asset classes including office, industrial, retail, and multifamily
  • Monitor and report on key market fundamentals, capital markets, and overall trends
  • Produce quarterly market reports, presentations, and customized client research materials
  • Support business development initiatives by providing data-driven insights for proposals and pitch materials
  • Collaborate with brokerage, marketing, and leadership teams to respond to ad hoc research requests
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across internal databases and published materials
  • Engage in market and industry events to stay informed on trends and opportunities

Desired Competency, Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, or related discipline
  • 1–2 years of experience in commercial real estate research, analytics, or market analysis preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong analytical and data management skills
  • Experience with commercial real estate platforms such as CoStar, MSCI/RCA, Trepp, or similar tools preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

This position is 100% in-office. The role requires working in office during standard business hours. Remote work or telecommuting is not an option for this position.
