
ECE Area Director - Little People's Landing

REQUIRED
- Director Certificate for the state of CO.
- Strong knowledge of state childcare licensing regulations and compliance standards
- Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring teams
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Center Director or equivalent leadership role in early childhood education
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance oversight and hands-on involvement
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with staff, children, and families
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, including experience working with supervisors, peers, and external stakeholders
- Ability to analyze center performance data (enrollment, staffing, quality measures) and take corrective action when needed
- Flexibility to travel regularly between centers within the assigned area when needed
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Must meet all state background check and health requirements
Pay Range
$68,000 - $72,000 USD

What We Need from You:
Education, Experience, and Training Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must meet all state, federal, and Early Learning Academies guidelines regarding education, experience, immunizations, employment physical, and required health and safety training and practices.
- A valid driver's license is required if driving is a requirement of the position.
