Position Title: Senior Growth Consultant, DE

About the role

At a stage of hypergrowth, LTK, the world's largest creator monetisation platform, is looking for a Senior creator Growth Consultant, to manage & grow a team and a portfolio of creators in the DE, ensuring they receive world class strategy & guidance to increase their earnings and business.

This includes creating and delivering high impact strategies to drive creator performance, empowering usage of the platform, utilising data to reinforce strategic, scalable initiatives and activities, trend analysis and long-term planning.

This role will own an creator portfolio and will be responsible for managing these creators whilst working cross functionally to enhance each creators business. It involves important teamwork within the creator teams, Marketing and Brand Platform team, frequent interaction with external clients and travel to be the face of LTK amongst your portfolio.

The ideal candidate is someone who can identify trends, deliver clear impactful strategies to high net worth creator to drive long term growth of a portfolio and is a strong team player. 

How you will make an impact

• You will develop and deliver short, medium & long term strategies for a portfolio of high performance creators to further increase their earnings  
• You will be an expert on the social media landscape, constantly keeping up to date with social media developments with a view to consulting creators about how to leverage each channel effectively to grow their business/audience/sales/LTKshop, etc
• Provide insight and strategy to maximise performance of each creators LTK shop and support the adoption of new tools, functionality and discoverability 
• You will be data driven, identifying new trends, forecasting performance trends and delivering insights and an action plan to drive further success for your portfolio 
• Lead the coaching of your portfolio of creators on both short & long term tactics to improve performance and maximise seasonal opportunities throughout the year 
• Implement powerful, tailored LTK app focused strategies into the wider portfolio plan for creators
• Identify new opportunities to build systems to maintain strong relationships with existing creators
• performance and how to drive more opportunities from LTK brands  
• Solutions oriented, you will adapt quickly and proactively deliver solutions for any challenges that may arise
• Provide timely internal reporting, trend insights, creator insight & feedback, identify areas to address or new opportunities/process improvements to support the business
• Maintain high-performance culture of excellence 
• Engage with creators in person, virtually, or by phone/text/email
• Some traveling might be required

What you will bring to LTK

• 5+ years of client facing experience in an creator first, social media or agency role
• Fearless mindset to continuously adapt and reinvent tactics and processes to ensure LTK maintains its market leading position
• Fiercely prioritizes workload to deliver results against most impactful initiatives
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once while maintaining attention to detail
• Ability to effectively shift gears at a moment's notice when repositioning is needed while also maintaining composure
• Self-motivated and able to work remotely 
• Strong interest in eCommerce, social commerce and the evolving creator landscape
• An understanding of up to date ASA regulation 
• A mindset focused on seizing opportunities and moving with urgency
• Dedication to fierce prioritization and operational excellence
• Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-moving environment
• A growth mindset and openness to feedback
