Position Title: Associate Director, Brand Partnerships UK

Location: London, UK - Flexible/Remote Options Available

Role Type: Maternity Leave, 12 months fixed term contract

About the role

LTK is seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Director, Brand Partnerships UK to  expand our brand partnership efforts across the UK region. In this role, you will nurture existing relationships within the fashion, beauty, and lifestyle sectors and drive new business acquisition. You will leverage your deep expertise in digital, social media, and influencer marketing, combined with exceptional consultative selling skills, to position LTK as the full-funnel marketing partner of choice for premium brands.

You are an experienced and proven sales person that is comfortable delivering a complex proposition to high level decision-makers. You will have existing relationships across all levels of the marketing organization within the fashion, cosmetics or lifestyle sectors and must be comfortable selling multi-million dollar influencer led campaigns.

How you will make an impact

Sales & Business Development

  • Strategic Roadmap: Set a clear strategy and roadmap for existing accounts & go get accounts and partner collaboratively with internal teams to ensure success.
  • Pipeline Creation & Management: Develop and manage a robust pipeline of new business opportunities - from within existing accounts to net new brands - within the UK region.
  • Strategic Outreach: Continuously build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at all levels of potential brand partners’ marketing organizations through targeted, strategic outreach.
  • Consultative Selling: Champion the shift from transactional to consultative selling, reinforcing LTK’s positioning as a strategic, full-funnel marketing partner.
  • Sales Presentations: Create and deliver persuasive, tailored presentations and pitch decks to executive-level stakeholders, effectively positioning LTK’s complex influencer marketing solutions—from entry-level activations to multi-million-dollar, full-funnel campaigns.
  • Quota & Revenue Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets across all revenue streams. Monitor, forecast, and report on sales performance on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, ensuring robust and accurate tracking of progress against targets.

Account Management & Execution

  • Existing Portfolio Growth: Maintain and expand relationships with an existing portfolio of enterprise accounts by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.
  • Campaign Oversight: Oversee the seamless execution & reporting of brand activations by collaborating closely with campaign and operations teams to ensure that deliverables align with both client expectations and LTK’s high standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work in tandem with internal teams—marketing, product, operations, and creator success—to continuously refine LTK’s offerings and ensure a consistent brand experience.
  • Thought Leadership & Market Insight: Stay abreast of consumer trends, industry innovations, and competitive dynamics to identify and capitalize on new partnership opportunities and drive new campaign ideas.

What you will bring to LTK

  • Experience: You bring 7+ years of proven success in selling to enterprise-level clients within the fashion, beauty, and lifestyle sectors—ideally within digital, social media, and influencer marketing.
  • Sales Acumen: You have a track record of acquiring new business, consistently overachieving sales targets, and managing complex, high-value campaigns.
  • Consultative Seller: Your strong ability to understand your clients’ needs, combined with your data-driven approach enables you to articulate and deliver complex solutions as well as craft compelling sales strategies and presentations that address your clients needs.
  • Relationship Builder: You excel at engaging with all stakeholders across the organisation, tailoring your communication style based on your clients role and seniority and you possess an extensive network within the industry.
  • Team Player & Leader: You are a collaborative leader with excellent cross-functional communication skills and a passion for mentoring others.
  • Language Skills: You are fluent in English.
  • Market Expertise: You have an in-depth understanding of the influencer marketing landscape and a hunger to innovate and shape its future.
