Goal of This Role:

Lucid Bots is hiring an Account Executive — Cleaning Services to drive sales for our robotic-powered cleaning services. Your mission: land high-value exterior cleaning jobs by selling directly to commercial property owners, managers, and facility operators.

This is not just a services sales role. Our cleaning operations serve as a powerful engine for R&D, customer education, and content collection. Every job helps us improve our products, better train our team, and capture marketing material—all in service of building the best robotic systems on the planet. You'll be helping close deals and shape the future of our technology.

You’ll be the first hire fully dedicated to services sales, responsible for building the pipeline, running walkthroughs, and closing deals. This role is ideal for a scrappy, connected salesperson who knows the property space and loves getting deals across the finish line.

The role is based out of our Charlotte HQ and requires 3–4 days per week in office, along with local and regional site visits.

What You’ll Do

  • Sell robotic exterior cleaning services to commercial and industrial property owners/managers.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities across target regions.
  • Leverage your network in property or facility management to drive early traction.
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, quoting, walkthroughs, proposals, and closing.
  • Collaborate with the cleaning operations team to scope projects and hand off jobs smoothly.
  • Maintain detailed activity and performance tracking in HubSpot CRM.
  • Represent Lucid Bots with confidence in the field and at customer meetings.

Who You Are

  • A proven seller with a track record of closing service-based deals.
  • Well-connected in the property space—with relationships in CRE, facilities, or property management.
  • Action-oriented and entrepreneurial—comfortable owning a territory and building from scratch.
  • Confident and persuasive in both in-person and remote sales conversations.
  • Organized and self-sufficient, with strong follow-through on leads and opportunities.
  • Curious and customer-focused—always seeking to understand pain points and deliver value.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–7 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in commercial services or facilities management.
  • Experience selling to property managers, asset managers, or facilities directors.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot preferred).
  • Able to travel for walkthroughs and client meetings.
  • Bonus: background in pressure washing, janitorial services, or commercial maintenance.
