Sr. University Recruiter - Contract
The Talent Acquisition team is looking for creative, solutions-driven, and dynamic University Recruiter to join our growing team at Lucid Motors. You will be responsible for ensuring a best-in-class experiences to future professionals that showcase our people, culture, technology and impact to society. As a University Recruiter you’ll be the face of recruiting, serving as a brand ambassador and playing a critical role on this team.
Requirements:
- Full cycle recruiting for current and recent graduate students for internships and co-ops with a with a focus on diversity and conversion to full time employees.
- Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience through the entire process.
- Plan, implement, and manage expanded programs, support, workforce development of student and non-traditional FTE hires.
- Manage, coordinate, and participate in virtual and/or on campus recruiting engagements and activities such as presentations, panel discussions, information sessions, tech talks, career fairs, on-campus interviews, etc.
- Manage campus relationships, including career services, diversity partner organizations, sponsorships and student clubs.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our feeder school campuses and competitor landscape, regularly sharing this information with executive champions, school teams and other stakeholders.
- Manage, quality check, and maintain data integrity in our ATS and our job postings, career pages on various social media sites, and other outlets.
- Identify opportunities for improving recruiting operations and process.
Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2-4 years of university recruiting within Talent Acquisition.
- Must have a willingness and ability to assist in the recruitment for other departments as needs arise.
- Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with university partners, professional organizations, and recruiting rising professionals is a bonus.
- Ability to plan, implement, and manage programs and events.
- Ability to effectively partner with all levels of management.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, continually evolving environment with limited structure using proven time management skills and working with a strong sense of urgency.
- Strong business acumen and a positive work vibe with the team.
- Strong work ethic, integrity and personal accountability.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a collaborative team spirit.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of time
