Lead Service Now Architect, Enterprise Applications
As the ServiceNow Technical Architect at Lucid Motors, you will take on a critical hands-on role, driving the technical architecture, development, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform. This role is essential in aligning ServiceNow’s capabilities with our business processes and strategic objectives, ensuring seamless integration across IT, customer service, HR, facilities, security, and manufacturing.
You Will:
· Lead the technical architecture, design, and development of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring it meets the needs of various departments including IT, HR, etc.
· Act as a hands-on expert in customizing and optimizing the ServiceNow platform, directly contributing to coding, configuration, and system enhancements.
· In partnership with managed services vendor, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions, maintaining a strong focus on operational efficiency and innovation.
· Spearhead the integration of ServiceNow across different business units, ensuring processes are streamlined and aligned with company goals.
· Develop and implement governance frameworks to maintain high performance, security, and compliance standards within the ServiceNow platform.
· Continuously assess and enhance the platform’s capabilities, staying current with technological advancements and implementing best practices.
· Engage with key stakeholders, including IT, manufacturing, HR, and executive leadership, to ensure the ServiceNow platform aligns with strategic objectives.
· Provide technical mentorship to the engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
· Lead training initiatives to promote platform adoption and ensure high levels of user proficiency across the organization.
You Bring:
· 7+ years in ServiceNow development and system implementation, with significant hands-on experience in a technical leadership role.
· Proficient in ServiceNow customization, scripting, and platform management. Strong background in systems engineering and process optimization, particularly within the automotive or manufacturing sectors.
· Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to oversee complex software implementations and resolve technical challenges effectively.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing and collaborating with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
· Deep understanding of the automotive industry’s unique challenges and the ability to innovate in a fast-paced environment.
· Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks, with the ability to apply these principles to enhance ServiceNow operations and governance.
Base Pay Range (Annual)
$138,200 - $230,300 USD
