Technical Program Manager
Our global supplier industrialization group seeks a Technical Program Manager to support the supplier industrialization group by leading the team’s deliverables and results in alignment with our vehicle program management. Will be in charge of analyzing and presenting data to department stakeholders and supporting the definition of a course of action for the internal team. Representation with suppliers might be required.
You Will:
- Build ETL and KPI dashboards and ensure that visualization provides effective data storytelling that enables informed executive-level decisions and initiates change.
- Perform daily data compliance audits, follow up daily with SIE and other key stakeholders for necessary updates, and provide hands-on training and coaching on KPI dashboards.
- Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions.
- Monitor existing systems to ensure accurate data is being collected.
- Improve current tools and systems for better management and data representation.
- Monitor execution on key deadlines to support program launch.
- Participate in supplier conversations, walk through different timelines, and identify areas for improvement when needed, challenging different processes and timelines.
- Influence cross-functional teams to identify data opportunities that drive impact.
- Be willing to travel to Lucid Motors manufacturing and support sites globally on short notice for an extended period.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of SIE projects and programs, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in program management that may impact supplier industrialization.
You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, product engineering or related field.
- 3 - 5 years of automotive program management experience in any of these commodities is desired
- Data management
- Production process (casing, stamping, injection molding)
- Operational excellence
- Exceptional in communication, collaboration, technical writing and presentation
- Ability to interpret complex data and identify actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a dynamic/start-up environment is a plus.
- Flexibility in work schedule is required (to include evenings and weekends, as needed)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Project. Working knowledge of Smartsheet, SAP, JIRA, Tableau, Power BI.
