The Role of the Sales Associate:
As a Lucid Inside Sales Associate, you will focus on lead management, ensuring the pipeline is actively managed and leads are handled following a strategic cadence. Your main responsibility is to manage high volumes of leads, ensure timely follow-ups, and qualify leads for the next stage in the customer journey—whether that is moving towards a test drive or continuing an informed engagement.
You are a critical part of our sales operation by ensuring leads are effectively contacted, managed, and nurtured, all while driving efficiency in the process. Your primary goal will be to improve lead response times and ensure no potential customer is overlooked.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage high-volume lead pipelines, focusing on lead response time and nurturing.
- Ensure all leads are properly categorized and followed up based on a structured cadence.
- Utilize CRM systems to track and manage leads, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the Sales Associates to ensure qualified leads move toward test drives or sales conversion.
- Focus on continuous improvement of lead-handling processes and strategies.
- Ensure a high level of customer engagement and brand alignment in all interactions.
- Meticulously track metrics related to lead response and conversion rates, identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with colleagues and share knowledge to improve overall customer service outcomes.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within a contact center or fast-paced environment.
- (Near) Native proficiency in the required languages German and English.
- Experience managing a high volume of leads and customer interactions.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or another CRM tool.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid drivers’ license.
- A passion for the electric vehicle industry and sustainable mobility.
- Experience in automotive, hospitality, or luxury retail is preferred.
