We are seeking a creative and results-driven Retail Marketing Lead to elevate Lucid’s brand presence in Switzerland and support our Retail Studios through impactful marketing initiatives. This role will focus on developing and implementing innovative marketing activities that increase awareness, drive consideration and generate enquiries. You will play a pivotal role in crafting localized marketing campaigns, managing regional budgets, and fostering relationships with key partners.

The Role:

  • Develop and execute innovative, localized marketing plans that align with Lucid’s European Marketing strategy and resonate with Swiss audiences.
  • Working with your European sales and marketing colleagues, implement key campaigns, events, and activations at a regional level to support commercial and marketing objectives
  • Utilize in-depth understanding of local markets and target audience groups to create annual and quarterly marketing plans  for Lucid Studios 
  • Manage end-to-end execution of local marketing campaigns, including creative ideation, planning, implementation, and analysis to ensure optimal performance
  • Oversee the creation of consumer-facing marketing materials, including invitations, templates, and visual content, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality execution
  • Build and nurture partnerships with local brands, organizations, and media outlets to increase visibility and enhance Lucid’s brand reputation
  • Lead marketing efforts for new studio openings, including event planning, CRM outreach, partnership development, and promotional campaigns
  • Leverage digital marketing, CRM tools, and local activations to drive customer engagement, build brand loyalty, and expand Lucid’s audience
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance, providing insights to optimize future marketing strategies and improve ROI
  • Act as the brand guardian for retail locations, ensuring consistency across all marketing touchpoints and consumer experiences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields
  • 5+ years of experience in retail marketing, preferably in luxury or automotive industries
  • Strong track record in event marketing and local activations
  • Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and digital marketing tools
  • Fluency in German, French, and English (written and spoken)
  • Deep understanding of the Swiss market, including customer behavior and key industry trends
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and partners
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Switzerland and occasionally internationally
