Transportation Finance Manager
We are seeking a Transportation Finance Manager to support our Logistics, Transportation, and Supply Chain teams. As the Transportation Finance lead, you will partner with our Manufacturing and Operations to optimize costs and efficiency across our transportation network. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will ensure financial insights drive key decisions.

You Will:
- Manage and analyze financial data, including budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, and variance analysis across Headcount, OpEx, Capital, and COGS.
- Lead end-to-end financial planning for the Global Logistics Transportation team
- Lead month-end reporting, business planning, benchmarking, and process analysis.
- Partner with Operations to deliver financial insights, shape business cases, and drive cost efficiencies.
- Partner with Logistics leadership to establish financial and operational KPIs and guardrails.
- Partner with Corporate Finance and other cross-functional teams to drive and deliver optimized financial plans and reporting and drive cost savings projects
- Drive strategic initiatives, such as cost reduction programs, sensitivity analysis, scenario planning, and management reporting.
- Develop and standardize financial models and metrics to improve business effectiveness for our inbound, outbound, ad-hoc freight and duties.
- Present cohesive financial reports with clear insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) is preferred
- At least 8+-10 years relevant experience working in Operational finance roles (Manufacturing, Tech, Automotive are a plus)
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving continuous improvement and innovation.
- Advanced Excel and MS Suite with emphasis financial modeling skills including experience working with large-scale data mining/query and reporting tools (examples: SQL, Tableau, SAP SAC) and specifically SAP and Anaplan
- Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results
- Proven technical, quantitative and critical-thinking skills, high level of independent judgment, initiative and creativity to identify and clearly communicate key performance drivers to senior management
- Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments with a high degree of autonomy and accountability for results
- Effective written, interpersonal and oral communication skills
- Not afraid to foster constructive dialogues, disagree and commit and drive decisions.
This is an onsite role at our new office in Casa Grande, Arizona.
