
Talent Acquisition Business Analyst
Lucid is seeking a data-driven Talent Acquisition Business Analyst to drive innovation and efficiency in our recruiting analytics function. This role requires strong technical expertise in Tableau and a deep understanding of talent acquisition or people analytics. You will own the end-to-end recruiting analytics process, ensuring data integrity, optimizing operational efficiencies, and delivering strategic insights to inform recruiting decisions. This is an excellent opportunity for an Analyst or Senior Analyst with experience in People Analytics, Business Intelligence (BI), Data Science, or Recruiting Operations.
This is a hybrid role based out of our Headquarters in Newark, CA.
You Will:
- Develop, automate, and maintain recruitment dashboards and reports using Tableau and other BI tools.
- Own recruiting analytics end-to-end, identifying trends, gaps, and areas for operational improvement.
- Leverage data to define and track key recruiting metrics, KPIs, and success measures.
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition (TA) and People Analytics teams to optimize recruiting processes.
- Conduct weekly data audits and collaborate with recruiting leaders to ensure accuracy and training on data-driven actions.
- Ensure data integrity by coordinating with business owners and resolving inconsistencies.
- Identify and implement scalable solutions for automation and reporting enhancements.
- Act as a strategic data consultant to recruiters and leadership, helping them optimize hiring efforts through analytics.
- Partner with vendors and cross-functional teams to advance new reporting tools and system capabilities.
You Bring:
- 8+ years of relevant experience in People Analytics, Talent Acquisition Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, or Recruiting Operations.
- Expertise in Tableau (must-have) and proficiency in other BI/reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, SAP SuccessFactors, or LinkedIn Recruiter & Insights (a plus).
- Has experience working within a recruitment team or operations, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Base Pay Range (Annual)
$131,300 - $192,500 USD
