
Sr. Program Manager, Fleet Services
At Lucid, our mission is that through technology, we create exceptional experiences to drive the world forward. Our Global Fleet Management department oversees the life cycle of all company-managed vehicles/equipment or leased, owned, and rental vehicles/equipment.
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Fleet Service Program Manager who will collaborate with several business stakeholders, matching use cases with mobility solutions and overseeing accident and claim management, fuel services, vehicle registration, cost controls & reporting, and process improvements. This role will report to Lucid’s Director Global Fleet Management, and work closely with Finance, Legal, Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales, Service, Delivery, Marketing, and other business units within Lucid and supplier relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partners with and supports Fleet Managers in maintaining a reliable, safe fleet according to Lucid standards.
- Manage and direct all Lucid’s Fleet 3rd Party Vendors, including Fuel, EV Charging, Insurance TPA, Body Shops, Registration, Telematics, and Toll Management.
- Responsible for registering, titling, and tagging Internal Fleet vehicles, including base state plates and IRP.
- Manages vehicle documentation, including tax and title information, registrations, etc.
- Manage the company fuel program by issuing and maintaining fleet cards and Driver Pins.
- Evaluate, monitor, analyze, and resolve potential fuel fraud alerts.
- Review, process, and manage all driver accident claims, ensuring claims are submitted with our insurance carrier and partnering with assigned adjusters and body shops to limit downtime of damaged assets. Support regional accident/incident reporting for the company-managed vehicles and equipment.
- Track metrics and vehicle spending by reviewing local teams' fleet metrics, fuel cards, and spending and alerting management to negative trends.
- Collaborate and maintain high levels of communication with all stakeholders.
- Identifies trends and recommends corrective action measures when needed.
- Participate in fleet-related conferences and maintain apprised of industry-related trends and developments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, MBA preferred.
- Ability to effectively communicate with suppliers and key stakeholders in a professional and constructive manner.
- Collaborate with peers to balance daily workloads and support the business.
- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to formulate effective action plans to deal with issues proactively.
- Flexible and able to work under pressure to balance competing priorities with strong organizational skills. Able to manage several tasks simultaneously.

Skills / Experiences:
- Minimum of 5 years experience managing global fleets/supply chain consulting
- Advanced/Proficient Computer Skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI) and ERP Management
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Manage strong communicational, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Strong team player and committed to teamwork in all situations
- Demonstrated ability to leverage fleet systems and tools
- Understanding of the automotive industry, vehicle systems and technology, and compliance requirements
Base Pay Range (Annual)
$105,400 - $135,000 USD
