Are you a customer-obsessed email marketer with a demonstrated track record of success? We’re seeking a Senior Manager, CRM to join our team and own lifecycle marketing strategy execution for our Prospect and current Lucid Owners. In this role, you are accountable for leading the strategic and operational execution of the lifecycle marketing roadmap as well as creating and executing email marketing campaigns and A/B tests that drive conversion and engagement via email, with potential expansion into other channels. Your role is pivotal in driving customer acquisition, nurturing customer relationships, enhancing brand loyalty, supporting sales volume, and maximizing revenue through effective email strategies.
We're seeking a data-driven customer lifecycle marketer with experience in Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud and a knack for collaborating with creative, product, and data teams. If you have these skills and a talent for crafting compelling campaigns and optimizing performance, this position offers a dynamic opportunity to shape our digital messaging landscape.
What you’ll do:
- Work closely with the sales organization and owner experience teams to develop a strategic communication plan to maximize ROI.
- Lead content development and email communications operations to support meaningful touchpoints within each journey.
- Execute the CRM global strategy for the full customer lifecycle, from awareness through ownership and repurchase.
- Write and refine high-quality technical and automotive copy for customer communications, ensuring clarity, precision, and engagement. Translate complex product and technical details into compelling, customer-friendly messaging.
- Coordinate the appropriate teams on the right message at the right time for our customers.
- Manage internal and external execution partners to develop comprehensive and forward-thinking automation journeys.
- Develop and maintain a regular reporting system on KPIs, with particular attention to conquest, conversion, and retention cost and effectiveness (ROI).
- Support Lucid Studios in generating traffic, leads, and sales through the planning and execution of local campaigns.
- Coach and lead a small but mighty CRM marketing team.
What you bring:
- Education: BS/BA in Marketing or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in Email Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, or Growth Marketing.
- Technical Skills: Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM.
- Project Management: Capability to organize processes and agencies, creating links and coordination between all stakeholders.
- Compliance Knowledge: Awareness of email marketing legal limitations, TCPA/CAN-SPAM/GDPR laws.
- Best Practices: Understanding of email send best practices and maintaining IP health.
- Execution: Ability to project manage multiple projects simultaneously while keeping all on track toward deadlines.
- Detail-Oriented: Highly meticulous with superior analytical skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Mindset: Energy and enthusiasm to drive results; must be self-motivated, proactive, poised, and flexible.
- Industry Knowledge: Passionate about the electric vehicle industry and CRM marketing.
- Preferred: Experience within the automotive industry.
Base Pay Range (Annual)
$167,100 - $245,080 USD
