We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and ensure we attract, develop, and retain the best talent in the industry. 

You Will: 

  • Manage and mentor the Manufacturing Operations Talent Acquisition team in all facets including coaching, mentorship, performance, career pathing  
  • Integrate yourself with the business, understand their goals, collaborate with Hiring Managers to identify staffing needs, and determine creative hiring strategies for complex technical positions. Prior experience with High Volume recruitment a plus  
  • Drive recruitment strategy through each stage of the funnel and evaluate areas for potential improvement or efficiency 
  • Assist with the implementation and facilitation of leadership development programs, internship programs, Veteran’s programs, and diversity initiatives 
  • Utilize exceptional data analytics skills to analyze recruitment metrics and drive data-driven decision-making processes 
  • Implement strategies to optimize recruitment processes based on data insights 
  • Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in the recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness 
  • Stay abreast of Talent Attraction industry best practices and implement innovative approaches  
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive leadership to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with business objectives 
  • Demonstrate executive presence and the ability to influence key stakeholders on talent-related decisions 
  • Develop and nurture relationships with external partners, and industry networks 
  • Foster strong internal partnerships with cross-functional department leaders to understand team dynamics and hiring requirements 
  • Collaborate with HR (Human Resources) and department leaders to implement effective career succession planning 
  • Identify and groom internal talent for future leadership roles 
  • Contribute to the development of organizational policies and processes related to talent acquisition 
  • Implement strategies to enhance organizational culture and employee engagement 
  • Responsible for company branding and community partnership activities in Arizona, California, and Michigan to promote positive company image to attract talent  

 

You Bring: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field strongly preferred 
  • 8+years of TA experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment with 3+ year of experience managing/leading a team of Sr. and Jr. level full life cycle recruiters with a focus on mentorship and team development 
  • Prior experience working in an ever-changing environment with limited structure. Experience creating and executing processes and procedures 
  • Proven planning and execution skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple high priorities, and work through ambiguity 
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and data analytics skills with the ability to derive insights and make informed decisions 
  • Demonstrated success in continuous improvement initiatives, Lean Six Sigma exp., preferred 
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence change at all levels of the organization based on objective data 
  • Proven record of accomplishment in building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Prior experience with career succession planning and organizational development strategies 
  • Must be flexible to respond quickly and positively to shifting demands and opportunities; ability to work under tight deadlines and plan, organize and carry out multiple detailed tasks simultaneously 
  • Hybrid work location, in-office expectation in addition to weekends and evenings supporting our talent attraction initiatives 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience with Capacity Planning  
  • Ability to consider tradeoffs and cost/benefit when executing program work or drive team in a specific direction 
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and insists on high quality of work 
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate 
  • Has experience building foundational pieces of a Talent Acquisition organization from the ground up 
  • Experience using HR Software, preferably Greenhouse, Visier and SuccessFactors 

 

This role is onsite at our manufacturing facility in Casa Grande, AZ with 1-2 days option to work remotely.
