
HR & Internal Communications Intern
As an HR & Internal Communications Intern at Lucid, you’ll support the HR & Internal Communications teams with administrative tasks, reporting, and strategic projects aimed at process improvement and automation. You’ll be a key contributor to enhancing internal communication across the organization, ensuring that impactful messages and engaging content reach and inspire our teams. From drafting updates and maintaining our intranet, to assisting with HR presentations and optimizing workflows, you’ll have the chance to work cross-functionally and help shape both the employee experience and the HR landscape at Lucid.
What You’ll Do
- Draft and publish internal messages across channels (MS Teams, email, intranet).
- Keep the intranet updated and user-friendly.
- Create engaging content like templates and newsletters.
- Collaborate to gather and share team updates.
- Propose ideas to improve internal engagement.
- Support HR projects on process automation.
- Prepare presentations for HR meetings.
- Assist with general HR administration.
Key Deliverable: European Internal Comms Toolkit
By the end of your internship, you will help create a refreshed Internal Communications Toolkit tailored to our European organization, which may include:
- Simple Internal Communications Audit
- Updated message templates for announcements, newsletters, and MS Teams posts
- A tone-of-voice guide for internal comms in Europe
- A simple content calendar for recurring communications
- Recommendations to improve current internal comms channels and practices
What We’re Looking For
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week) for a period of 6 months, starting on September 1, 2025.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- A strong sense of clarity, tone, and audience in written content
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
- Creative thinker with basic design or visual storytelling skills (e.g. Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud)
- Curious, collaborative, and eager to learn
- Studying Communications, Marketing, Journalism, HR, or a related field
- Bonus: Experience with intranet platforms or content management systems
