
Remarketing Sales Operations Specialist
As a Remarketing Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting Lucid’s used car and trade-in programs across Europe. Based in Amsterdam, you will be responsible for managing the operational processes that enable the resale of pre-owned vehicles, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration across departments.
The Role:
- Used Cars & Trade-In Operations
- Support the intake, evaluation, and resale of trade-in and used vehicles.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with internal policies.
- Online Vehicle Publishing & Listings
- Create and manage vehicle listings on internal and third-party platforms.
- Ensure all listings are accurate, visually appealing, and aligned with Lucid’s brand standards.
- Salesforce (SFDC) Data Management
- Record and maintain detailed vehicle and transaction data in SFDC.
- Ensure data accuracy and support reporting and analytics needs.
- Vendor Creation & Management
- Coordinate the onboarding of new vendors in collaboration with the Procurement team.
- Maintain up-to-date vendor records and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
- Purchase Order (PO) Management
- Request and track POs for remarketing-related services and transactions.
- Collaborate with Procurement to ensure timely processing and reconciliation.
- Coordination & Transport
- Organize and monitor the transport of vehicles between locations, vendors, and customers.
- Ensure timely delivery and proper documentation throughout the logistics process.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Service, Sales Operations, Procurement, Marketing, and Finance teams to align on Remarketing strategies and execution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Automotive Management, Operations, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in automotive operations, remarketing, or sales support.
- Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; Dutch or other European languages are a plus.
