
Manager, Remarketing Business Operations
As Manager, Remarketing Business Operations, you will lead the strategic and operational backbone of Lucid’s European remarketing initiatives. This role is responsible for managing cross-functional projects, IT systems, business intelligence, and reporting tools, with a strong focus on Salesforce (SFDC) and web-based Remarketing platforms. You will ensure operational excellence and alignment with Lucid’s global standards, working closely with U.S.-based teams and key departments across Europe.
The Role:
- Project & Program Management
- Lead and execute strategic projects to support the growth and efficiency of Remarketing operations.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
- IT & Systems Oversight
- Manage the integration and optimization of IT systems supporting remarketing, including SFDC and web platforms.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to ensure system performance and scalability.
- Salesforce (SFDC) & Web Operations
- Oversee the configuration, data integrity, and reporting capabilities of SFDC.
- Ensure seamless integration between SFDC and web-based remarketing tools.
- Business Intelligence & Reporting
- Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on operational data and market trends.
- Global Alignment
- Act as the primary liaison between European and U.S. Remarketing teams.
- Ensure alignment on strategy, tools, and processes across regions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Service, Sales Operations, Procurement, Marketing, and Finance to ensure cohesive execution of Remarketing strategies.
- Support continuous improvement and operational excellence across all touchpoints.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in automotive, operations, or business systems management.
- Strong experience with Salesforce (SFDC), business intelligence tools, and digital platforms.
- Proven track record in project management and cross-functional leadership.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; Dutch or other European languages are a plus.
