Who We’re Looking For 

We’re hiring across a wide range of functions at our KSA manufacturing plant. Whether you're hands-on in production, driving innovation in engineering, or supporting operations behind the scenes, there’s a place for you at Lucid. 

Manufacturing & Production 

From assembly to paint, stamping to powertrain, we’re looking for skilled operators, technicians, and team leads to help build our vehicles with precision and pride. 

Maintenance & Facilities 

Keep our plant running at peak performance. We need experts in mechanical, electrical, and controls maintenance, as well as facilities engineers and tool & die specialists. 

Engineering & Quality 

Support continuous improvement and world-class quality. Roles include manufacturing and industrial engineers, process and controls specialists, and quality assurance professionals. 

Supply Chain & Logistics 

Ensure the right parts are in the right place at the right time. We’re hiring for material planning, logistics coordination, inventory management, and procurement. 

Operations & Support 

Behind every great build is a strong support team. We’re hiring for roles in production control, EHS, HR, finance, IT, and more. 

Leadership & Program Management 

Lead teams, drive programs, and shape strategy. We’re looking for area managers, operations leaders, and project managers to help scale our operations. 

Early Career & Trainee Programs
