
IT Program Manager, Enterprise IT
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager (TPM) that will partner closely with our People Technology team. The TPM will be responsible for leading, managing, and delivering HRIS-related projects from initiation to completion. This role requires excellent project management skills and a deep understanding of HR processes. The TPM will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and third-party vendors, to ensure that HRIS solutions are implemented on time.
You Will:
- Project Management: Support the full project lifecycle for People Technology initiatives, building a project plan, tracking timelines, documenting and escalating risks and driving projects to successful completion.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and issues related to HRIS projects. Propose and gather alignment on mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, progress reports, and post-implementation reviews. Responsible for tracking and documenting meeting minutes for project meetings.
- Managing Budget: Responsible for tracking budget approval, PRs and SOWs for vendor partnerships.
- Stakeholder Management: In partnership with the technical lead on the project, identify and document stakeholders for the project and ensure effective communications, status updates and alignment across the board.
You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field. PMP, Agile, or other project management certifications are a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience managing technical projects, preferably with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.).
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and how they are supported by HRIS systems.
- Experience in managing and coordinating technical programs across multiple geographies.
- Technical Skills:
- Solid understanding of HRIS systems, integrations, and data management.
- Familiarity with HR data security and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- Proficient with project management software (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Trello).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud-based HRIS platforms.
Base Pay Range (Annual)
$135,300 - $186,010 USD
