We’re building a new business unit dedicated to Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales, focused on creating a direct-to-consumer channel that reimagines how customers buy and sell pre-owned Lucid vehicles.

What You’ll Do
· Launch and scale Lucid’s direct-to-consumer Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales business across key markets.
· Lead end-to-end ownership of the pre-owned sales process — from customer acquisition to delivery — while ensuring a premium brand experience.
· Build and manage a high-performing sales team, including hiring, training, and performance development.
· Develop and implement strategies to drive key metrics including sales volume, customer conversion, advisor productivity, and more.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Service, Delivery, Marketing, Finance, and Technology teams to create frictionless processes and integrated systems.
· Own the customer experience throughout the used car journey, including trade-in valuations, pricing transparency, and direct communication.
· Partner with data, product, and engineering teams to test and deploy innovative tools that support a frictionless and transparent buying process through pricing optimization, and digital retailing.
· Manage and resolve customer escalations while continually improving support channels and experience.
· Represent Lucid in the pre-owned marketplace, identifying growth opportunities and partnerships to expand inventory and reach.

Qualifications
· 5+ years of experience in automotive sales, used car operations, or direct-to-consumer retail.
· 2+ years of experience in a leadership or management role with demonstrated success in driving performance.
· Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
· Ability to travel domestically as needed.
· Passion for sustainability and the future of mobility.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience launching or scaling a used car sales business, digital vehicle marketplace, or related program.
· Familiarity with CRM systems, inventory management tools, and data platforms.
· Prior experience working in a technology-forward or EV-focused company.
