Lucid Motors is redefining what’s possible in electric mobility. At Amp 1—our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Casa Grande—we build luxury electric vehicles that elevate the human experience and push the boundaries of space, performance, and intelligence.

We’re hiring for multiple full-time hourly roles across key areas of production. Whether you're launching your career or bringing years of hands-on experience, we want you on our team.

Saturday, August 23, 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

🚗 Parking Instructions:
Park in Lot C. Enter the property, turn left at the first stop sign, then take the third right into Lot C (look for signs on light poles).

🚪 Event Entrance:
Walk across the street toward the back of the building and up the steps. Look for the Lucid Motors Hiring Event sign.

Please Note: DO NOT enter the casino. Staff will be nearby to assist.

You Bring

  • High school diploma or GED Equivalent Required for ALL Roles  
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older 
  • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations 
  • Must have a command of the English language, both written & verbal 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions 
  • Good physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills 
  • Ability to stand, stoop, walk, lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds), and perform other similar actions during the course of the workday. 
  • Dependable, self-starter, proactive, adaptable, timely, and deadline-focused 
  • Able to be customer service oriented with a positive attitude and professional demeanor 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, with strong general computer skills 
  • All potential employees will be required to pass a comprehensive background check, inclusive of a drug test
