Our Global Fleet Management department oversees the life cycle of all company-managed vehicles/equipment or leased, owned, and rental vehicles/equipment. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Fleet Services Analyst who provides critical support to Lucid’s Global Fleet Management operations.   This role will support the day-to-day data entry and processing of the Global Fleet vehicle and equipment.  In addition, the Fleet Services Analyst has the following skills: process inventory management, vendor management, on and off-road equipment, and fleet management.  As part of Lucid’s Global Fleet Management department, this role reports to the Senior Manager, Fleet Services, and executes transfers and other processes to ensure data integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Provide data analysis and project management support for a broad scope of Global Fleet Management operations, including, but not limited to, asset management, periodic and ad hoc reporting, system enhancement efforts, and enterprise system data accuracy and integrity.
  • Document, implement, and refine Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs), operational policies, and systematic data management controls.
  • Identify, device and implement, in collaboration with Lucid IT, system enhancements to increase Global Fleet team efficiency.
  • With Fleet Services management and Lucid IT support, define and implement system-driven Global Fleet programs including preventative maintenance scheduling, vehicle configuration automation, and others.
  • Provide fleet systems’ functional support to team members, including recommending fleet business processes to prevent, mitigate, and respond to stakeholder issues when possible.
  • Assist Fleet Operations personnel and related internal stakeholders with analytics, procedural, and strategic support when required.
  • Independently identify analytical insights and provide operational recommendations to address performance gaps as measured by Global Fleet KPIs.
  • Understand business needs, available data, and system capabilities to generate ad hoc reporting for specific analytical use cases.
  • Generate regular reporting for Global Fleet status for activities including but not limited to maintenance, transportation, registration, insurance.
  • Assist in transitioning fleet processes and data to a purpose-built Fleet Management System (FMS) and support the creation of related documentation.
  • Collaborate with Global Fleet external vendors to define and to establish integrations to support reporting needs, continually validating shared data quality.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience in business management, accounting principles and practices, and enterprise systems (Atlassian, Salesforce, SAP, etc.).
  • Must have a strong analytical skillset and related technical capabilities, including a working understanding of database structures and SQL scripting
  • Preference for candidates with an understanding of related technical skills including Python, R, Machine Learning techniques.
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools, such as Microsoft PowerBI and Tableau.
  • Experience working with asset management systems, including retrieving information from these systems to create analytical and visualization products.
  • Consistently communicate and collaborate with team members to prioritize daily workloads to meet shared goals.
  • Flexible, with strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proactively work to respond to and to anticipate requests from the team members whom they support.
  • Ability to communicate with key internal and external stakeholders in a professional and constructive manner.
  • Ability to execute assigned tasks independently with appropriate guidance
  • Detail-oriented and strict attention and appreciation for deadlines

Skills / Experience

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar data or process centric role
  • Experience or degree in Engineering, Analytics, Operations, or a related field
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage systems, processes, and procedures to create a positive impact
  • Understanding of automotive or fleet industries and vehicle systems, or related operations
Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
 
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs.  (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)

Base Pay Range (Annual)

$87,400 - $120,120 USD
